Most contractors write those three words and stop. Ours are painted on the wall at 7219 White Oak Ave with the numbers underneath, next to the towns we have answered for decades. Drive past and check them.

Out of the yard on White Oak Ave, across Lake and Porter County.

Hammond, Munster, Hobart, Valparaiso, and the towns around them. The sign on the shop still carries a Calumet City number from the years we worked over the Illinois line, which is why we hold a licence in both states.

What turns upOur own trucks, our own crew

No middleman, no rented equipment, no surprise on the invoice.

The truck that arrives is ours and the person driving it works here. That is why the estimate you get on site is the one you pay, and why we can be at a sewage backup overnight instead of booking you in for Thursday.

Twenty years of the same customers, in their own words.

Had a broken pipe in my front yard and the city gave me 48 hours to get it fixed before they shut our water off. Panicked and upset, being that it was not our fault a pipe burst, I contacted Area Plumbing. The one who answered the phone was extremely helpful and sent someone o...

A full range for both homes and commercial property: plumbing repairs, new installations, drain cleaning, sewer line services, water heater repairs, and emergency plumbing.

Yes, around the clock. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for burst pipes, significant leaks, and sewage backups.

We do. Hydro jetting clears persistent clogs and debris from sewer lines, and it does that without damaging the pipe.

Slow draining sinks, gurgling drains, several fixtures clogging at once, or sewage backing up into the house. Call us and we will diagnose it properly before proposing a fix.

It can be a blockage in the pipe, a failing pressure regulator, or a leak somewhere in the system. Our technicians identify which one it is and repair it.

Yes, on site and at no charge. Call the office or send a request through the form to arrange one.

Watch for a water bill that jumps without explanation, damp or mouldy patches on walls and ceilings, or the sound of water running when every tap is off.

24 hour line(219) 845-1411

Water where it should not be does not wait until Monday.

Tell us what it is doing and we will tell you whether it needs somebody tonight or whether it can hold until the morning. Estimates on site are free either way.
